Just wanted to move all the Bake sale info into one place:

Hey Everyone!
Here is the schedule for the Bake Sale on Thursday!

RCC - Rob, Melissa, Tara, Diana

IMA- Devin, Shane, Priscilla, Lauren

VIC - Emma, Mallory, Geoff, Jeanette

Just a reminder that the bake sale will start at 12:30 and go until 3:00.
We will collect the baked goods in class first and divide them up between the three locations. Melissa is working on a pricing list now.
Each group can be in charge of sprucing up their table with decorations if they wish.

As for what everyone is bringing here is a recap:

Emma: Chocolate cupcakes
Mallory: Banana Bread
Jeanette: Brownies
Lauren: Nanaimo Bars (I remember you said you might make something else)
Rob: Rice Crispy Squares/Fun/Ninjas (That's what's on my paper anyways)
Tara: Burger Cake
Diana: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Priscilla: Butter Cookies
Melissa: Mini Cheese Cake
Ella: TBD
Jenna: TBD
Robyn: TBD

Hey guys
I am going to make a decorate your own cookie table and set it up in IMA
Also I'm thinking we should set a number of each item that everyone makes because since we have 3 locations we will need a lot of supply. plus... the more supply - the more we will sell.. we dont want to run out after an hour and a half!
Im thinking we should have 15 of each item at each location. So everyone should make 45 of each baked good.

I'm also thinking we should make this an everything for a dollar thing so we should size things appropriatley.
Brownies and Rice Crispies should be about 2x2 inches
Cookies should be 3 inches in diameter (people think bigger cookies look more impressive lol) Unless they end up small then we will give 2 for a dollar.

Are we still going to do hot chocolate??? Will it be free since we cant get it donated or should we charge 50 cents a cup? Im inclined to go with the 50 cents!

Let me know what you guys think!

Hi Everyone,
I've had to revise the bake sale schedule a bit because Jeanette and Geoff are unable to be there because of prior commitments that they cannot get out of.
So this is the final bake sale schedule.

RCC - Rob, Tara, Priscilla

IMA- Devin, Shane, Lauren, Melissa

VIC - Emma, Mallory, Diana
