My only concern is...
I'm still thinking $10 in advance $15 at the door
the difference between 5 and 10 is so minimal and dirty bingo was such a small event compared to this and it was the same price. I've talked to a few people and weirdly they agree..
I've been asked how much the cost was and then they said by themselves why dont you make it $10?
I really dont think making it 10 is going to turn people away. Some clubs charge $10 and concerts around town charge it every week.

And should we write anything about it being Glam rock themed on the page too?

Also should we say something more like Guestlist includes: Elton John... and such becasue i dont think its fair to write appearances by:.... when we fully know it probably wont happen lol

These are all really great thoughts, but these should have already been confirmed before we even received the copy.

Can you please make sure someone (either Emma or Diana) sends me a revised and FINAL copy! We're about to make the invitations and I'd hate for them to have errors.

I think we should stick with $5 since that is what decided on awhile ago. I understand where you are coming from though. I almost think that we might get a better turn out this way. We can always make up the money in the silent auction (gift bags).

I guess, but I really don't think 10 dollars will deter people and i think 5 dollars cheapens our event a little.

I think we have to solidify the bands before we advertise the price.
If we get Metric I think we should def charge 10.
Like D said in her email. Lets not get anything printed or posted until we have the bands solidified.

And on a side note I still dont think we should write appearances by elton John..The wording needs to be different. We can't promise that!!

We'll hold off on it all, but don't worry, we are taking out "Appearances By".
